MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR “CAMERA-READY” MATERIALS. Scans of images in photoshop need to be saved in jpg, tif or eps, formatted in macintosh/pc (250 dpi). Black & white mechanicals are accepted as camera ready materials. Negative film must be right reading, emulsion side down, 150 line screen. Four color process materials are camera ready if they are supplied as negative film separations right-reading, emulsion side down, 150 line screen, with color chromalin. We accept 35mm slides, color transparencies, or color photographs for black and white ads. We also accept black & white photographs and slides, transparencies or color photographs for black and white ads. Text must be supplied on Zip/CD/flash drive (In Design or MicroSoft Word) or e-mailed to us at talentinmotion@mindspring.com. No more than two images per e-mail or several images (4-5 inches) can be sent compressed in a image folder/file.

PAYMENT

 

Advance payment is required for all new accounts and 1/2 deposits for 1/2 page event advertisements.

Late fee: Ads that are accepted 1-5 days after deadline date must be accompanied by a $25 late fee. A commission will be paid to recognized advertising agencies of 20% of display advertising space (above $1000) if payment is received within 30 days from the invoice date. Non-profit organizations may deduct

10% off ad fees.
